Terms & Conditions Agreement

To be an authorized affiliate for GSolutions Online LLC, you agree to abide by and become bound to the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the GSolutions Online LLC affiliate system.  By signing up for the GSolutions Online LLC affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

1) I agree that I or GSolutions Online LLC may change my commission style at any time with or without notice.  For example, if it is determined that I am intentionally clicking on my own link in order to accrue Pay-Per-Click commissions, GSolutions Online LLC may change my commission style to the Pay-Per-Sale model in remedy, and restrict me from modifying my account back to the PPC model.  If it is determined that I am abusing the system, this remedy may be sought, but is not guaranteed.  GSolutions Online LLC may skip this step, at their own discretion, and cancel my account in accordance with sections 2 and 4 of this agreement.

2) I agree that in the event any dispute arises between GSolutions Online LLC and I, GSolutions Online LLC's decision in remedy of said dispute, will be final.  If this dispute arises in relation to my commissions, then I agree that GSolutions Online LLC and I will resolve the problem through SquareTrade.com's mediation services.  The cost for these mediation services will be borne by GSolutions Online LLC directly, and I will not be responsible for any costs arising out of the use of SquareTrade.com's mediation services.  I agree that mediation services will only be utilized in the event that there is a legitimate dispute or disagreement relating to my commissions.  For example, if I don't receive payment for a client I refer, or if GSolutions Online LLC doesn't pay my commission as promised, or if the amount paid to me is different from that which appears in my account report.  I understand that mediation services will NOT be used if my account is canceled due to abuse of the affiliate system.  If my account is canceled due to abuse, or the use of unsolicited e-mail messages (SPAM) to promote my affiliate link or banners, I hereby forfeit my right to mediation, and agree that GSolutions Online LLC's decision to cancel my account will be final without recourse.

3) I agree not to abuse the GSolutions Online LLC affiliate system in order to generate fake commissions.

4) I agree that if I do abuse the GSolutions Online LLC affiliate system to generate fake commissions, that my account may be closed without notice, and my affiliate credits will be forfeited.  Fake commissions are defined as intentially trying to defraud the GSolutions Online LLC affiliate program in order to generate commissions that GSolutions Online LLC would otherwise pay, if it is not discovered that you were attempting to defraud our program.  Naturally, you can test your own affiliate links a few times to see if they are working, etc.  Please limit your tests to no more than 20 clicks in any 1 month period.  If you have a PPC account, we will credit you for these test clicks, and you will not be penalized in any way.  Just don't abuse the system. =0)

5) I agree that I will not utilize spamming (unsolicited e-mail) as a technique in which to gain affiliate sales.  If it is determined by GSolutions Online LLC that I am sending spam to generate affiliate commissions, my account may be closed without notice, and my affiliate commission will be forfeited.

6) I agree that this agreement can be modified at any time, and I agree to be bound by any changes to the this agreement.  I also understand that GSolutions Online LLC will make available to me the any changes to this agreement if I request it.

7) I understand that at my own discretion, I can opt out of the GSolutions Online LLC newsletter for affiliates at any time, simply by stating such in my account, or by contacting GSolutions Online LLC.

8) I understand that my signup bonus doesn't count toward my $200 balance in order to receive a payout.  My account has to accumulate at least $300 in commissions initially, which includes my signup bonus ($100 bonus we give you + $200 which you accumulate on your own), in order for me to receive a payout.  This means that I need to have accumulated $200 on my own (without my signup bonus) initially.  After my first affiliate payment, I only have to accumulate $200 in commissions to receive a payout as usual.

9) I understand that if I sign up for a Pay-Per-Click account, I cannot use my affiliate link in traffic exchanges, traffic surfing, or auto-surf type programs.  This only applies to Pay-Per-Click based accounts.  If I'm signing up for a Pay-Per-Sale account, I can use any traffic exchanges I prefer.
